ANY of our Gourmet Chilis are available for shipment anywhere in the U.S., but availability of flavors is limited to our current production schedule and flavor inventory. We will always attempt to send you the exact chili flavors that you request, but please note that not all flavors are available at all times. If we do not have your flavor choices in stock when we receive your order, we will notify you.
We have a FOUR QUART shipping minimum, but you may also order 2 half-gallons or 1 gallon of CHILI MY SOUL Gourmet Chili to satisfy this minimum requirement. We typically ship 3-day air via UPS or FedEx in specially designed insulated containers using dry ice or frozen gel-packs to guarantee freshness. Your CHILI MY SOUL Gourmet Chili will arrive fully frozen and in perfect condition directly to your door.
NEED IT REALLY FAST? If we have the flavors you desire in stock at the time of your order, we can arrange to ship your chili to you overnight air for an additional "Quick Ship" charge.
When you have reviewed and chosen the flavors and quantities you wish and are ready to place your order, please fill out the enclosed order form carefully and fax, email, or mail it to us. We will personally contact you with a confirmation of your order as well as an approximate shipping date with the exact cost of your order including shipping and handling. For your security, we will request payment information only after we have confirmed your order. We accept American Express, Visa, or MasterCard for payment and upon shipment; we will send you a billing confirmation with all charges detailed. The usual turnaround time from our receipt of your order to shipping is approximately two weeks.
